Introduction and Walk-Through Meeting
- Understanding the couple’s vision for the wedding day
- Developing a layout and schedule for the meeting
Full Service on your wedding day
Orchestrating bridal party, on-site vendor setup, hotel liaison, on-site ceremony for day of event per your instructions
Provide Bridal Emergency Kit – Incidentals for the day of wedding
Facilitate the On-site Wedding Ceremony
- Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony
- Prepare and organize the bridal party for the processional and cue musicians
Coordinate entertainment and all announcements / events during reception
Ensure payments of vendor tips and balances
Be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise
Introduce and meet with all vendors
Go over all contracts
Rehearsal day before the wedding
All Pre wedding consultation
Confirm all vendors a week prior to wedding
Create and develop a full timeline of the wedding.
First to arrive and last to leave.
